Well the answer would be a YES, undoubtedly!

Social Media Platforms have become an integral part of any business or company. It is one of the easiest forums to reach out and engage with clients / customers.

It is an amazing opportunity to get a feel of whether your product or service is doing good in the market. Customer Survey, Customer Feedback and entire experience of a Customer can be easily relayed by engaging with them over the social media platforms.

Not to forget, being in touch with family, friends is evident through social media channels.

Moreover, there is a rise of Solopreneurs, Self-Employed professionals because there is a lot of opportunities in the online market arena in most of the fields.

Social Media Marketing, Engagement, Networking is here to stay for a long time I gather but is there a drop in personal connects, interactions and networking with people face to face?

These days, anything and almost everything can be accessed online or a virtual meeting or experience is a possibility today! It is certainly a boon.

But can it also be a bane?

With people getting cooped up at Home or just their workspace connecting with people across the world, is there a chance of neglecting the personal connect or interaction?

Are we better off to function in isolation yet networking with people across the world?

Where are we headed? Thoughts?
