I guess I was quite the hoarder and I loved to hold onto things.

There have been times when we have expected a certain outcome after reaching a target or a milestone but then when it didn’t happen did we lose hope or did we move on.
For instance, let say you started a new project and you expected to reach 100 people with your work. When that didn’t happen did you lose focus?
Well somethings may not be in our hands to control or steer to our favorable destination.
But we can be laser focused and keep going on and not bothering about the expectations / results. All we need to be is utterly involved with what we need to do at that point in time.
This would help us to certainly be on track and not deviate from our work irrespective of the external situation and reactions!
What has been your experience?
Well, with lots of us working from home and unable to set a clear boundary between work and family time and our break time, we tend to overwork.
This could have led to burnout and making us less productive.
But how can we overcome that?

Do you spend time with family or watch movies or read a book or go cycling or go shopping with friends or paint or cook?
It could be anything!
Why do we take the support of an external activity or event to enjoy a day?
This should make you ponder….
Is it possible to enjoy a day without doing anything?
The answer is YES!
The sheer joy of being alive and being receptive to the moment is a day well spent.
You don’t need an external event or things or people…
What does Joy mean to you?
Is it a fleeting moment in your life? Or are you always joyful?
As a child, no matter the situation we would always be joyful. Even though we would be cranky at times, the joy of life and being receptive to life was always evident.
Why do we count the moments of Joy now as an adult?
I have realized it the hard way and it has taken quite some years to gain this perception.
But now I am always joyful and in a state of balance no matter the situation.
At times I feel, what changed within me but I can’t quite pin point and say this is it!
Yoga and Meditation has helped me in a huge way and continues to do so everyday!
